(eg. housing associations) - “A Full Member will be a NSW community based organisation whose core activity is the direct provision of long-term social housing”
Annual membership - $360 plus $2.85 per property, up to a maximum amount of $2925 (including GST)

Affiliate Member
(eg. community organisations who provide some housing or accommodation but don't see themselves as a housing provider) - “An Affiliate Member will be a community based organisation that: Provides housing but this is not the core activity of the organisation; OR Provides housing, either as a core activity or not, but is based outside NSW.”
Annual membership - $135 (including GST)

- Housing Management HOTLINE
Associate Member
(eg. non-housing providers, org's outside NSW) - " An Associate Member will be an organisation or individual with an interest in community housing."
Annual membership - $70 (including GST)
