(eg. housing associations) - “A Full member will be a community based housing organisation operating in NSW whose core activity is the direct provision of long-term social housing.”
Annual membership - $365 plus $2.90 per property, up to a maximum amount of $3497 (including GST)

Affiliate Member
(eg. community organisations who provide some housing or accommodation but don't see themselves as a housing provider) - “An Affiliate Member will be a community based organisation that: Provides housing but this is not the core activity of the organisation; OR Provides housing, either as a core activity or not, but not in NSW.”
Annual membership - $135 (including GST)
Services provided include:

- discounted training
- Housing Management HOTLINE
Associate Member
(eg. non-housing providers, org's outside NSW) - " An Associate Member will be an organisation or individual with an interest in community housing."
Annual membership - $70 (including GST)
