SAAP Services Interim Subsidy - Lease Transfer options for crisis accommodation.
Some crisis accommodation services choose not to undertake registration and prefer to arrange for their properties to be taken on by a housing association while they continue to provide the support services. To deal with some of the financial implications of this the Community Housing Division (CHD) has introduced an interim subsidy.
Please view the Interim Subsidy Fact Sheet to understand the processes involved for SAAP services & view the Application form attached from CHD.
