NSWFHA provides specialist social housing training. As an industry peak our trainers and assessors know the industry and draw on industry experience.  No other training provider specialises in accredited social housing training.  No other training provider employs dedicated trainers with over 30 years collectively working in the social housing industry.

We provide training through our business arm:
The Centre for Training in Social Housing (CTSH).

Our focus is on providing stimulating and inspiring learning experiences to help build a flexible and responsive social housing workforce. We provide exceptional customer service.  Training and assessment services are delivered within the Federation’s strategic planning framework and the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) requirements.

The key qualifications we currently deliver are the Certificate IV in Social Housing and Diploma of Social Housing.
