An intensive training course in property development for the community housing sector
Five day course with additional Estate Master workshop

In response to a variety of requests from its members, the Federation, in conjunction with the University of Western Sydney, is providing an intensive course on property development targeted at the Community Housing sector.  It will provide a detailed overview of the property development process and the key risks associated with development.   This significant training event will build on the experience gained through previous development training delivered by UWS. 

An optional Estate Master half-day workshop will also be available.
