NSWFHA Housing Management Hotline

The Hotline is a telephone information service which can help with information on:

  • Tenancy Management
  • Maintenance and Repairs
  • Policy and Best Practice

The Hotline is managed and staffed by the Good Practice Unit and funded by the Office of Community Housing. The toll free number caters for our regional members. The service is not restricted to Federation members and is advertised widely. 

The service offers specialist quality information on tenancy management, maintenance and repairs, policy and best practice for housing managers. Calls to the hotline are monitored for two purposes: firstly to determine what current housing management issues are, and secondly to assist organisations in providing high quality service.  Any calls received from tenants are referred to tenancy advocacy services.
