For a manageable Strategic and Operational/Business plan template the NSWFHA has provided you with their Guide to both plans (see Guide, below)

NOTE:
For community housing Class type 3 you will be required to submit both a Strategic Plan as well as your Operational/Business Plan.
For Class type 4 you are required to submit an Operational /Business Plan only - (see pages 18 to 19 of the guide, below):
