NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement
The Code sets the framework for establishing standards of behaviour expected from NSW Government agencies while requiring continuous improvement and best practice and details of specific practice requirements. The Code follows the Procurement Policy for NSW Government Agencies and includes the Gateway Review Process.

The guidelines are in place to ensure Government achieves the best value for money. There is a significant amount of referencing to online guidelines from NSW Treasury and Government bodies to assist in completing tendering in accordance with Government requirements.
